Delivery is charged once per order, per delivery type. If your order contains both a small item and a large item, you will see both charges, because they ship separately from different places.
How long it takes
- Homeware and smaller items: usually 2–5 working days.
- Large furniture (two-person delivery): usually 7–21 days. Our delivery partner will contact you to arrange a date.
- Paint: mixed to order, usually 3–7 working days.
- Pre-order items: clearly marked on the product page. We will confirm the expected date with you.
These are estimates rather than guarantees. If something is going to take significantly longer, we will tell you.
Where we deliver
We currently deliver to mainland UK only. We are unable to deliver through the website to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands or the Isles of Scilly — please contact us and we will quote you directly.
Large furniture — please read before ordering
Two-person deliveries are made to a room of your choice on the ground floor, subject to safe access.
Please measure your doorways, stairwells and lifts before you order. If an item cannot be delivered because it does not fit, or because nobody is home for an agreed delivery slot, we may have to pass on the failed-delivery charge from our carrier.
Checking your delivery
Please inspect your order on the day it arrives. If anything is damaged, missing or incorrect, tell us within 48 hours, with photographs. If a parcel looks damaged while the driver is still with you, please refuse it or sign for it as damaged. See our Refund Policy for full details.
