Prices

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and are the price you pay — the figure on the product page is the final price for the goods.

We are not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is charged and no VAT invoice is issued.

Prices exclude delivery, which is calculated at checkout and shown to you before you pay.

We work hard to keep prices and availability accurate. If we discover a genuine pricing or availability error after you have ordered, we will contact you and you may cancel for a full refund. Nothing in these terms obliges us to supply goods at an incorrect price.

Your order

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We may decline an order — for example if an item is out of stock, or if there is an obvious pricing error.

Stock

Many of our pieces are supplied directly by our brand partners, and stock levels on this site update automatically. Occasionally an item may sell out between you ordering and us confirming. If that happens we will contact you and refund you in full.

Colour

We do our best to show colours accurately, but screens vary. Paint colours in particular can look different on a screen, on a wall, and in different light. Please order a tester pot before committing to a full tin — they are delivered free.

Product information

Dimensions and weights are supplied by our brand partners and are given as a guide. Many of our pieces use natural materials or are finished by hand, so small variations in grain, tone and finish are a characteristic of the piece rather than a fault.

Bespoke work

Bespoke headboards, upholstery and made-to-measure work are made to your specification. Because they cannot be resold, they are not covered by the 14-day cancellation right. We will confirm all details with you in writing before work begins.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. We are not liable for business losses — these terms are for consumers.
